Slumped Glass
Normal annealed glass placed over a sand bed or mould before introducing extreme heat under controlled conditions. The kiln reaches a temperature high enough to change the state and soften the glass over the mould, thence carefully passing through a time extended cooling process, returning the glass to its original form fit for cutting and other glass processing.
